2002 Buckboard Road Float in July 4th Parade
Comments: For a few years, the neighborhood made floats for the 4th of July parade. After 9/11, we wanted to do something patriotic, so we made a simulation of the USS Theodore Roosevelt. George Cairns did the carpentry. A very hot day, so the Washington Street residents cooled us off.
